In some cases, Pure Comforts may assist the customer by providing tracking details or shipment information, but Pure Comforts does not guarantee replacement, refund, or store credit for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers may be required to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost or stolen packages.
Delayed Packages

A delayed package does not automatically qualify for a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or replacement.

Returned to Sender Packages

Original shipping fees, handling fees, return shipping fees, and carrier-related charges may be non-refundable.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Incorrect or Missing Items

The customer may be required to provide the order number, photos of the package, photos of all items received, photos of the packing materials, and photos of the shipping label.
Pure Comforts reserves the right to investigate the issue before offering a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution.
Claims submitted outside the required timeframe may be denied.
Split Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
Items from the same order may arrive separately depending on product availability, fulfillment location, package size, carrier routing, or operational requirements.
If an order arrives in multiple shipments, the customer may receive separate tracking numbers when available.
A partial delivery does not necessarily mean an item is missing.
